I had the privilege of speaking at the Joy Ministries Spring Luncheon at 1st Baptist Raytown (near Kansas City) on Saturday. It was a really fun event. Table leaders took a theme and decorated their tables. Here’s a Tea Party table to the left. There were also spring flowers, kites, balloons and Audrey Hepburn tables. These ladies were just delightful and I felt very welcome.

Here’s a page from Abundantly Blessed, my 52 week gratitude journal. Gratitude starts with humility. I think it would be nearly impossible to be arrogant and have a humble heart. Once we realize we are just stewards of all we have. That all we have is a gift from God and we can’t help but be humble. We didn’t earn any of things we own.

I am so glad to be back in the art business. I took most of last year off to finish school. Here’s Psalm 136. I am working on an adult coloring book of the Psalms. I love this Psalm as ever other line is His Love Endures Forever. I took each line and put in int the petals. Its a psalm about God’s faithfulness
